Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's what you need to know:

Deposit at booking A deposit of 30% of the total price is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance will be charged automatically to your card on the day of arrival.

Free cancellation You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded in full.

Partial refund Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival will receive a refund of 50% of the total price.

No refund Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show will not be refunded – including the deposit already paid.

Early departure Unused nights in the event of early departure will not be refunded.



Changes to booking Changes to your booking dates are possible subject to availability and prior agreement – please get in touch as early as possible.
