As someone who travels a lot myself, I know exactly what makes the difference: accommodation that feels thoughtfully designed from the start, immediately welcoming – and a host who is easy to reach when you need them.

That's my standard for this penthouse. I renovated and furnished the apartment myself, step by step – with an eye for detail and the goal that you feel at home from the very first minute. The two roof terraces with their view across the city are, for me, the heart of what makes this location special – I hope you experience them the same way.

Location & Neighbourhood

The penthouse is located in Fürth's Südstadt district – one of the city's most vibrant and popular neighbourhoods. You'll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops close by, and Fürth's city park is within easy walking distance.

Getting Here & Getting Around

• By public transport: Fürth Central Station (Metro U1) is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, it's approximately 12 minutes direct to Nuremberg city centre.
• By car: The apartment is conveniently located with quick access to the A73 motorway towards Nuremberg. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.
• Nuremberg Airport (NUE): approximately 25–30 minutes by car or public transport.

Sights & Recommendations

Fürth itself has plenty to discover: the historic town hall, an old town full of Jugendstil architecture, the Fürth City Museum, the Broadcasting Museum and the lively Gustavstraße – the city's main promenade with a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Nuremberg is just minutes away and offers world-famous attractions including the Imperial Castle, the famous Christmas Market (Advent season), the Germanic National Museum and a beautifully preserved historic old town.
