• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the terraces
• Parties, celebrations or events of any kind are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• Maximum occupancy: please adhere to the number of guests stated at booking
• Please treat the apartment, furnishings and building common areas with care
• Please report any damage or defects immediately – this helps me respond quickly
